Although the return journey from Victoria Falls is rather gruelling (a whopping 380 metres ascent), the waterfalls themselves are so beautiful that the trip is well worth it. There are actually two sets of falls close together — the Silver Cascades and then Victoria Falls proper. Depending on how much rain there’s been, both make good spots for swimming.
