This walk makes for an easy circuit with lots of variety. The temperature drops as you descend into a pocket of rainforest and the waterfall at the Pool of Siloam. From here you follow the creek around to Lyrebird Dell, a significant cultural feature where evidence of Aboriginal occupation dates back over 12,000 years.

Weather: Shady and sheltered; perfect for hot or windy days
Closest public transport: The Explorer Bus, the Trolley Tours bus and local bus 695 all drive along Gordon Road, past the beginning of this walk
