This 26-page guide describes nine of the most special walks between Glenbrook and Warrimoo. The Lower Mountains offer a warmer climate that makes for ideal winter bushwalks (you can leave Katoomba when it’s five degrees and find yourself basking behind a sunny rock in Glenbrook only an hour or two later), and also lends itself to wonderfully lazy summer bushwalks, when you stagger a kilometre or two down to a swimming hole, relax for a few hours and then wend your way back home.
